Total monthly payments:

This payment is calculated to include one payment per month, made to the Trustee's office. The trustee fees have been included in this payment, please see the explanation below. The actual payment will be rounded to a whole number.

Method #2 - Payments Made by Wage Assignment
Total amount of debt to be included:
If you are paid 26 or 52 times per YEAR--type 39
If you are paid 12 or 24 times per MONTH--type 36
Number of creditors:
Total monthly payments:

Divide the monthly payment by the number of pay periods you normally have per Month. If you are paid 26 or 52 times per year, you can expect that the wage assignment will be deducted from your extra pay checks also. The trustee fees have been included in this payment, please see the explanation below.

The Trustee fee is determined by the Statue. If payments are made voluntarily, the Trustee is to be paid 10% of the amount that is disbursed monthly. If payments are made through a wage assignment, then the Trustee is paid 7% of the amount that is disbursed monthly. This is not an annual percentage but instead a percentage of the entire debt to be repaid over the three years. Repayment terms can be made for less than three years but not longer than three years.
