The Chapter 128.21 action is a very useful tool to assist someone in getting out of debt. It is not the perfect action for everyone. It is our belief that this action should not be misused or abused. We will take every precaution to insure that individuals are educated about this action and that they have a chance for successful completion. We will not make any dishonest representations.
