Trustee Biography

Sandie Miske has been in the financial service industry since 1979.  Her experience  began as a manager trainee for a Finance Company and she continued in that industry for 12 years. During her tenure as a manager, she excelled and received many awards and accolades. In 1993, Sandie decided to take her winning attitude and vast knowledge of lending and collecting, and use it to become an advocate for debtors.  GAP Financial Services was born.

Originally opened as a debt management service, in 1994, Sandie stumbled across the Chapter 128.21 Statute.  Sandie made herself an  expert in the workings of the 128.21 and became a pioneer in its resurgence in Northeast Wisconsin. In 1995, Sandie made the decision not to renew her license as a debt management service, choosing instead to place more effort on the promotion of the Chapter 128.21 action. While GAP Financial Service continues to promote sound financial education and budget training, a division of the company is dedicated to providing top notch trustee service to both creditors and debtors alike.

Sandie carries an active case load of approximately 500 clients. Her understanding of how creditors operate has made her the favorite of many. Every effort is made to pay creditors on a monthly  basis, which is always their preference.  Sandie’s knowledgeable and friendly staff make communication with her office easy. Their years of experience has created a well organized system that moves cases efficiently through the Courts allowing for quick payment to the creditors.  Sandie has completed a study of her case load and is proud to say that 70% of her clients, complete their plan.
